Description The goal of this specialization is to train transdisciplinary researchers who can work with policy-makers, program administrators and public health professionals to identify and study important social and physical determinants of health at the population level in Canada or globally, and who have the knowledge base and/or practical skills to design, carry out, and evaluate interventions to improve population health.

Applicants are required to have a four year baccalaureate degree, or equivalent from a recognized institution, and a minimum of 3.3 GPA on a 4.0 point system, over the past two years of full-time study (a minimum of 10 full-course equivalents or 60 units) of the undergraduate degree.
