Description Digital technologies continue to provide disruptive innovation in our organizations and in our society. The Professional Master’s Diploma (PMDiploma) in the Management of Technology and Innovation is designed for career professionals who have organizational responsibility for digital technology such as Chief Information Officers, as well as I.T. professionals looking to advance their careers in management. This graduate program will help executives improve their leadership skills and technology and innovation management skills. In particular, this program should help current CIOs develop a higher capability in managing innovative digital technology as executive leaders within their organizations. The Chief Information Officers Association of Canada (CIOCan) represents IT Executives and CIOs in Canada. CIOCan has endorsed this Ryerson University graduate program and is a partner in delivering this professional education program for its members. The program consists of four graduate courses, which are taught by Ryerson professors, with significant contributions from leading industry speakers and current case studies. The final capstone course requires application of taught concepts to address an "at work" business challenge.
