Additional Admission Requirements:
    Applicants must meet the admissions criteria of the unit through which they wish to enrol. Interested applicants register in the joint collaborative specialization with the approval of the collaborative specialization committee upon admission to the PhD program in either unit. A strong background in ancient history will be expected of all interested applicants, as will a level of preparation in the ancient languages and languages of research that is appropriate for the institution in which they register.
