Description The Master of Science in Management is designed for students wishing to pursue a research career in industry or academia, and equips them with qualitative and quantitative research skills across several disciplines in Management. Students will work with leading applied researchers to gain new knowledge of the complex problems facing organizations in the modern world. Students will build on a foundation of required research methods courses and a research seminar, and develop a program of study and thesis research while working with a faculty supervisor in the student's area of specialization.

Two (2) letters of recommendation are required, one of which must be from a former instructor at the post-secondary level, and the other from a current or recent employer. Work experience is preferred but not required. Statement of interest should be approximately 500 words outlining your reasons for graduate study, your career objectives, the research interest(s) you may wish to pursue in the MScM program, and how your previous studies and experience have prepared you for the MScM. The statement of interest should also include the identification of a potential supervisor(s); contact with potential supervisors prior to application is recommended.
