Description The major objective of this research program is to advance knowledge on the physiology and pathophysiology of chronic respiratory, circulatory or skeletal muscle disorders. Research involves cross-disciplinary collaboration with respirologists, epidemiologists and basic scientists to advance knowledge on exercise intolerance, mechanism of disease and the role of exercise interventions in the clinical management of individuals with chronic respiratory diseases.
