Orientation to Nursing in Ontario for Nurses (Graduate Certificate)
||School of Health & Community Studies
|Field of Study:
||Nursing/Registered Nurse (RN, ASN, BSN, MSN)
||This Ontario College Graduate Certificate program prepares nurses who are registered in Ontario or other Canadian jurisdictions, or nurses who have let their Ontario registration lapse, as well as non-registered internationally educated nurses, to write the provincial registration examinations or to fulfill other regulatory body requirements.
This program is a review of the knowledge and skills the nurse acquires in their basic education and workplace experience. With the change in competencies and transitions in the workplace due to technology, our program is not structured to fill the educational gaps that would exist for nurses who have not practised bedside nursing in more than ten years.
