The Ph.D. program provides state-of-the-art training in economics for those who wish to enter an academic career, or pursue private or public sector careers in economics at a senior level.
The research fields of this department are economic development, economic dynamics, econometrics, environmental and natural resources economics, financial and monetary economics, game theory, industrial organization, international trade and finance, labour economics, microeconomics, macroeconomics, public economics, and regional economics. |
