||The aim of the Dalhousie MBA program is to prepare students to be effective and confident leaders in tomorrow’s business environment. Core courses are integrated to provide students with a thorough understanding of the whole organization and as well as its constituent business functions. Carefully developed elective courses ensure a focus on relevant issues and opportunities in the student’s chosen concentration/field of study.
The program is delivered through a mix of approaches including casework, lectures, discussions, role playing, group and individual research projects, guest speaker presentations by practicing managers, as well as comprehensive field projects and simulations. Throughout the program, an emphasis is placed on the student’s ability to develop skills that are effective in real world settings. The use of current information technologies ensures that the learning environment reflects real world business conditions.
