Description The MSc. (Physiotherapy) degree is an intensive, full-time 25-month program consisting of 66 academic weeks and 30 weeks of clinical placements. The program prepares students with the education and clinical experience necessary to take the Physiotherapy Competency Examination and to subsequently apply for a licence to practice physiotherapy. Basic science content is integrated with physiotherapy-specific course content across eight academic modules addressing the following transcurricular themes: clinical reasoning and best practices; professionalism, leadership and collaboration; therapeutic exercise; health promotion and secondary prevention; ethical reasoning and cultural sensitivity; innovation and entrepreneurship; and communication.
