Letter of intent: Please submit a two-page description that outlines how the MMCCU or Graduate Diploma program will benefit you and your organization. Letter of support: A letter from the co-operative sector organization (typically your employer) that you will use as a case study, indicating their willingness to have you study various aspects of the organization. A current CV/Resume. Recommendations: Three completed recommendation forms are required before applicants can be considered for either the MMCCU or Graduate Diploma program. One recommendation must be from a university professor that has taught you and is familiar with your academic work, the other two will be work experience recommendations. Official transcripts for all universities and colleges attended. Official Proof of English Language Proficiency (if required).
