Description The MPA program seeks to equip students with the management skills required by public service organizations and an understanding of the organization, processes and policies of government, its public agencies and the policy groups that work in the public sector. Foreign applicants whose native tongue is not English must complete a TOEFL or IELTS test and achieve a score of 580 or better or 7.0 or better to meet the requirements of the Faculty of Graduate Studies. International applicants must also submit the results of one (1) of the following tests: the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT), or the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT).
