| Prerequisites: |
Students applying for graduate programs in pharmacology should have a strong background in basic medical sciences which include one or more courses in biochemistry, physiology, cell biology, microbiology or pathology. Students which lack these pre-requisite courses may take remedial courses to strengthen their background, with the approval of the Graduate Chair. A cumulative weighted average of at least 70% (U of S grade system equivalent) in the last two years of study (i.e. coursework required in Master's program).
