Areas of faculty research interest include studies in cardiovascular physiology, stress physiology, gastrointestinal biochemistry, toxicology, pulmonary pathobiology, neuroscience, pharmacology, and reproductive biology. Students are expected to gain a detailed understanding of their area of interest and appropriate related material within the more general discipline areas outlined above. |

Applicants must hold a four-year B.S.c (Honours) in veterinary medicine or relevant field. A cumulative weighted average of at least 70% (U of S grade system equivalent) in the last two years of study (i.e. 60 credit units).
