| Description: |
The Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) program is an interdisciplinary program of studies intended to prepare individuals for professional practice and leadership in public health. This 45 credit-unit course-based program, with a required 12 week practicum in an applied public health setting, is normally taken over 16-24 months on a full-time basis, or longer part-time. Three areas of concentration are offered: Applied Population and Public Health, Rural Public Health, and Veterinary Public Health. Students take 8 required core courses and 5 electives. |
