There are excellent teaching and research facilities for geology and geophysics, graduate programs in Geology, Geophysics, Environmental Earth Science, and Paleobiology. In order to promote opportunities for research, the department maintains close ties with other science and engineering departments, the National Water Research Institute, the Saskatchewan Research Council, the Saskatchewan Geological Survey, and various resource and exploration companies. |
