Our graduate student body is diverse and engaged with more than 7,000 graduate students in over 180 exceptional academic programs.
Areas of Expertise
Concordia is home to a number of Quebec and Canada’s leading research centres and networks. We also offer competitive, state-of-the-art research facilities and a devoted faculty of scholars. Graduate training, including co-operative education and research opportunities at Concordia provides our students with the perfect combination of knowledge, skills and spirit of inquiry to inspire and prepare all students for the challenges ahead of them.
Concordia University offers over 180 graduate programs, diplomas and certificates and 35 postgraduate programs across four Faculties: Arts and Science, Engineering and Computer Science, Fine Arts, and the John Molson School of Business. We strongly support highly specialized, field-specific research but also encourage transdisciplinary study and training that, for example, brings fine arts and computer science together to study the design and impact of computer games in contemporary society, or links genomics with journalism to explore how scientific knowledge is transferred to various communities.
